At Pengirl Packaging, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of packaging materials, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged

The product received is defective

The product received is different from what was ordered
Returns will not be accepted for:

Change of mind

Incorrect selection by the customer

Used or opened products

Bulk or wholesale orders (unless damaged or defective)
2. Return Request Process
To request a return:

Provide order details, photos/videos of the issue

3. Refund Policy
Once the return request is approved:

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method

Refund processing may take 5–7 business days
4. Bulk & Wholesale Orders
Bulk and wholesale orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of:

Transit damage
Such issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
